Event 1: The School Run, 10th June 2017 - Approx 9km

Holme School - Issues Lane- Narrow path down to res. - Billberry Dam - turn right and follow path almost to quarry car park -  - left at quarry and steep up to reach bridleway - follow bridleway all the way past Goodbent lodge - sharp right back up towards main road - drop right down a very old bridleway just before main road (use edge of field as path is bad underfoot - left back to Bilberry Dam on main path - Return over Dam to Holme

Event 2: Stairway To Heaven, 30th September 2017 - 12 KM Approx

Brownhill Lane - Ramsden Road - Elysium - Hades Clough - road - Ramsden Road - Brownhill Lane

The Organisers

The Summer Wine Trails are organised by a team of community volunteers from Holme School, Holmbridge Church, and the local running community. Our events are entirely not for profit, and all money goes back to local community organisations.

Race licences and insurance approved / provided by the Association of Running Clubs.

We are part of a wider partnership of races called the South Huddersfield Trail and Road Series. Why not enter the whole series?
